Sales Trends
NANGA has continued to grow steadily with manufacturing at the core of its business. By continuing to invest in product quality and production capabilities while responding to changes in the market, we have strengthened both our brand value and our business foundation. In fiscal year 2025, our efforts to strengthen our product offering, sales capabilities, and organizational foundation translated into growth in both sales and profitability. Supported by a stronger core product lineup and the expansion of our e-commerce business and directly operated stores, we have established a stable revenue base.
Drivers of Business Growth
The growth of our company is supported by three key factors: increased brand recognition, a stronger core product lineup, and production and sales planning aligned with market trends. Our flagship downwear, led by the AURORA TEX line, has earned widespread recognition and secured stable demand both in Japan and overseas. At the same time, significant growth in e-commerce sales and the expansion of our directly operated stores have broadened our points of contact with customers. Through our continued participation in international trade shows, we have also steadily expanded our presence in overseas markets.
Organization and Workforce Growth
As our business has grown, we have continued to invest in our people. In fiscal year 2024, our workforce reached 175 employees, an increase of 13 from the end of the previous fiscal year. We strengthened our hiring efforts, increased wages, improved the workplace environment, and implemented core business systems to build the organizational foundation that supports our long-term growth. With an average employee age of 35.0 years and an average length of service of 2.9 years, our workforce brings fresh perspectives and a high degree of adaptability.
Looking to the Future
At NANGA, we place importance not only on short-term gains, but also on strengthening our brand value and business foundation over the medium and long term. Through continued investment in our people, systems, and product development, we aim to achieve both profitability and growth. Going forward, we will continue to carefully consider the context behind each metric as we pursue sustainable and healthy growth.
